Regional Sales Manager - export regions

To further expand the market position and develop and structure the dealer network, we are looking for a regional sales manager DACH and North Europe representing the DITEC brand (m/f):

 

  • As Regional Sales Manager you are responsible for growing revenue and margins in DACH and North Europe.
  • You define the sales strategy for this region and you translate this strategy into concrete actions.
  • You are responsible for the existing dealers in the assigned region. You maintain and further develop the relations and you visit – where  required - potential new dealers and make a selection of preferred dealers.
  • Together with your local dealers you create the demand in the market. You support the dealers through individual consulting and training and support where needed. You also join the dealers in important meetings with the client.
  • Based on the project and prospect pipelines, you provide the management on timely manner with accurate opportunity and regional forecasts.
  • You maintain contacts with the industry and associations. You analyze the market potential and support your dealer pro-active in the implementation of business opportunities. 
  • You are a committed person, with a proven track record in dealer management, that knows how to win over business partners and generate growth in a structured manner.
  • You have a Masters degree and you have several years of successful experience with dealers and distribution of technical solutions in the mentioned region.
  • You are a self-starter and entrepreneur with an appetite for challenges.
  • You have the ability to think strategically and be hands-on simultaneously, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • You are willing to travel minimum 50% of your time. A good knowledge of English and German are a must.
